I was the taper
A fun outdoor set from DCFC. This recording inspired me to write to them and try and get them on archive.org. I'm glad they were cool with it! The sound quality on this show is good. It improves after the first track or two, as I improved my recording position. The crowd noise is minimal, and provides a nice ambiance. There is one moment when someone yells out looking for their friend, but it isn't that bad. Show-wise, the show was a lot of fun for me. I'm not a huge Death Cab fan. "Photobooth" was great, so was "Crooked Teeth" and "We Laugh Indoors" .. I don't own any of their albums, but I do enjoy their tunes and love to hear them on the radio. I didn't know many of the songs, but they were fun to hear! .. There were some minor technical difficulties that delay the band on some of the songs, but overall it is a fun show!

Cutie-Newbie.
I was searching around on the archive for some new stuff.. I came across dcfc, suddenly i remembered seeing them in spin mag, and was curious about how they sounded. I had expected them to be a shitty, one hit wonder, type of radio band. This show did it for me. I am now a Death Cab fan... I am definatly greatful to see that they would let the archive post their shows.!!! Big Up to DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE!

Great recording!!
I just finished listening, and I give 5 stars for the recording quality. Nice job! I record also and know how it sounds when the sweet spot is hit, and this recording is in it.
Nice band to, I don't know them except for the "Soul Meets Body" which I love since I've listened to it on public radio. I'd go see'em if all the shows were not sold out..including 2 nites in DC. I'm glad Death Cab is selling out shows!
